Camden PowerCorps Recruits Youth to Green the City

When it rains in Camden, it can flood. And when it floods, the sewer system can overflow. One solution is to soak up the storm water by building more rain gardens. But that raises a question: who will take care of those gardens? Enter the PowerCorps.
