Public Discussions Focused on Building the City’s College-Going Culture. The Newark City of Learning Collaborative (NCLC) is working to increase Newark’s college-going culture by ensuring that all Newarkers have the tools and resources needed to get to and through college. To that end, NCLC is hosting a city-wide public conversation about Post-Secondary Outcomes of Newark High School Graduates.
