VIDEO: A Stepping Stone for Change: Nicole Binns [1:37]

Understanding "what we need to change and how we can help" should happen early on,  says Nicole Binns, a graduate student at Rutgers University-Newark School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA), and a former high school track star. She is founder of the nonprofit, Project Y2Z, which aims to provide youth with athletic and creative arts programming in school.  We interviewed Nicole and her fellow students at Rutgers University-Newark in downtown Newark's Military Park.
